Police responded to a three-vehicle collision on St David’s Road in St George’s at about 6.10pm,

Apparently, a motorcyclist struck a car and an ambulance in the vicinity of Southside Police Station.

The rider, believed to be a 25-year-old St George’s man, was injured and taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance with suspected head injuries.

Police say an update on his condition will be provided in due course.

Traffic was temporarily diverted from the area while police personnel processed the scene.
