Travel experts will provide a unique insight into experience design and the psychology of travel at this year’s Annual Tourism Summit.

The event, which is organised by the Bermuda Tourism Authority and takes place on November 16, will also be attended by the BTA’s new CEO Kevin Dallas, who takes over the reins from Bill Hanbury at the start of 2017.

Doug Lansky, a tourism strategy advisor, will be joined Steven Paganelli from TripAdvisor and Adam Sacks, founder of Tourism Economics, at the summit.

Mr Paganelli, head of destination marketing at TripAdvisor, will speak about the travel consumer journey and how to anticipate visitors’ emotions at every stage of the experience.

Breakout sessions on the tourism legacy of America’s Cup and an update on Bermuda’s infrastructure and development plans are also scheduled to take place.

The deadline to register for the summit is November 10.
