PAC to discuss airport at public meeting
The Public Accounts Committee is set to meet again tomorrow to speak to discuss matters related to the proposed airport redevelopment plan.
Aaron Adderley, general manager at the LF Wade International Airport, has been invited to provide his input on the projected $184 million price tag to renovate the airport, while Larry Burchall has been invited to comment and provide his analysis of the controversial airport redevelopment project.
The PAC, chaired by Progressive Labour Party MP Wayne Furbert and made up of MPs from both parties, is tasked with examining and reporting on matters related to the accounts of the Bermuda Government and investigate findings in reports by the Auditor-General.
The public meeting will be held at 2.30pm at the Anglican Cathedral Church Hall on Church Street.
