Ongoing road works will again impact motorists this weekend.

On Sunday, traffic on The Causeway/Longbird Bridge will be reduced to single file to allow for re-decking work.

The work is slated to begin at 8am and continue until 5.30pm.

“Traffic should allow extra time due to the expected congestion caused by the works,” the Ministry of Public Works said in a press release.

Also on Sunday, from 8am to 6pm, traffic management measures will be in place on Rural Hill, in Paget, from the South Road roundabout to Lover’s Lane for road resurfacing.

All works are weather dependent, the Ministry said.
