A teenage man was “conscious and responsive” this morning after being shot in the North Shore Road-Glebe Road area of Devonshire last night.

Just before 1pm today the victim was reported to be stable in the Intensive Care Unit at the hospital.

A police spokesman said the incident occurred at about 11.15pm.
