Bermuda’s three Lions Clubs will be joining their international partners tomorrow to celebrate the organisation’s 100th anniversary.
At the request of the Lions Clubs of Nassau County, local club members will display the Lions International Centennial flag in Hamilton.
At approximately 9am, the presidents and secretaries of the three local Lions Clubs will join Mayor Charles Gosling at the City flagpole at City Hall to raise the international flag that will fly under the City ensign.
The City of Hamilton will join other municipalities throughout the world to recognise the anniversary.
