Woman injured in Harbour Road accident

A 56-year-old woman was taken to hospital after her car hit a wall on Harbour Road this morning.
According to a police spokesman, she was treated for non-life threatening injuries following the accident near Lower Ferry in Paget at around 6.55am.
“The driver, believed to be a 56-year-old Southampton woman, was injured when the vehicle struck a wall,” a spokesman said.
“She was transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via ambulance for treatment of apparently non-life threatening injuries.
“The scene was cleared approximately two hours later and the Bermuda Police Service thanks the motoring public for their patience.”
