Saltus Grammar School students will host a grub day today to help raise money for hurricane relief efforts.
Category 5 Hurricane Irma devastated parts of the Caribbean that are again seeing widespread destruction caused by Hurricane Maria.
Deputy head Jon Beard said in a letter to parents: “We will be showing our support of those affected by holding a grub day on Friday, with a minimum donation of $2.”
The proceeds will go to the Red Cross, which has mobilised to help those affected.
