Barrier work at Bull’s Head

Work to install a new ticketed barrier system at the Bull’s Head car park in Hamilton will begin tomorrow.
The project is part of the ongoing initiative that started last year to install the system in the five largest city-owned car parks.
“Wherever possible the work will be undertaken on one level at a time in order to keep the rest of the car park operational and open to the public,” a spokeswoman for the Corporation of Hamilton said.
“Signs and barriers will be in place to guide motorists. Nevertheless we ask drivers to exercise patience as well as caution during the construction work.”
Any questions about the work should be directed to senior engineer Ian Hind on 279-5250 or e-mail ihind@cityhall.bm.
