The Premier paid visits to residents at three East End homes for seniors today.
David Burt visited the Sylvia Richardson Care Facility, Dorothy Crane Nursing Home and Cynthia’s Rest Home.
Mr Burt called the day a “great opportunity to spend some time with Bermuda’s seniors”.
He said: “We had a brief tour of the facilities, learnt some history and celebrated a 90th birthday.”
Mr Burt said the Government was committed to the health and welfare of Bermuda’s older people.
He added: “Today’s visits gave us an opportunity to hear which services are working well and how we can work to continue to provide support for our seniors.”
