Boat licences registration to begin
The Department of Marine and Ports, Boats and Moorings section, is advising the public that registration for boat and mooring licenses starts Monday, 1 April, 2019, and must be completed by 31 May.
Please note that renewal notices are no longer mailed, and licenses not renewed as of 31 May will incur a late fee. All moorings and boats must have 2019 decals in place by 1 June.
If paying for renewals in person, please be advised that payments must be made by 4:30pm on the 31 May, at the Boats and Moorings’ new location, the old Paget Post Office, 108 Middle Road, Paget. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
If paying online, please visit www.marineandports.bm and follow the instructions provided on the website. Please note, the deadline for online license renewal is midnight on Wednesday, May 31.

Owners are advised to ensure all information on file with the department is current. To update your information, please call 294-0419 or email boatsandmoorings@gov.bm.
Please note that ownership transfer of boats and moorings must be done in person with a valid form of identification.
