The body of a 75-year-old man was discovered in a public restroom this evening, a police spokesman said.

The spokesman said: “The body was found just after 8pm in a public bathroom at the Customs Building by the junction of Court Street and Front Street.

“The body was found by a cleaner, and so far there are no suspicious circumstances.”

The spokesman added that police will not identify the man until after his family are notified.
