Police appeal for missing man
Police yesterday appealed for public help to trace a 65-year-old man missing for up to two weeks.
Colin Fubler was reported missing to police last Friday.
But a police spokesman said Mr Fubler, nicknamed “shoemaker” and a regular sight on the streets of Hamilton, had not been seen for the last two weeks.
The spokesman said: “Police efforts to locate Mr Fubler since he was reported missing continue, but have been unsuccessful so far.
“However, a member of the public apparently saw Mr Fubler Saturday, February 8 on Reid Street in the City of Hamilton.”
Mr Fubler is black, about 5ft 9in tall, of medium build and weighs 175lbs.
The missing man, said by police to be a Mid Atlantic Wellness Institute outpatient, has a bushy hairstyle, a heavy beard and his head hangs to one side.
