Road reopened after burst water main

A stretch of road in Paget has reopened after it was shut off because of a burst water main this morning.
A police spokesman said the water had damaged part of the road and made it unsafe for traffic.
The affected area was on South Road, between White Sands Road and the Paget traffic lights.
Traffic was directed on to Harbour Road but a police spokesman said the stretch was reopened at about 8am.
