TCD West End test centre to reopen tomorrow

The Transport Control Department test centre in the West End is to reopen tomorrow.
The Rockaway branch will operate between 8am and 4pm.
But a spokesman for TCD said that the Southside, St David’s test centre would remain “closed until further notice”.
