Covid-19: No new cases reported

No new cases of Covid-19 were reported today.

The Ministry of Health said there were 911 test results had come back clear.

Bermuda has had 172 total confirmed positive cases.

A total of 157 have recovered, and there are six active cases, all being monitored by public health officials with none in hospital.

The number of deaths remains at nine.

A total of 87 cases were on-island transmissions with a known contact and 19 were contracted on-island with an unknown contact. Two cases are under investigation.

The number of cases that came in from overseas remains at 64.

Bermuda’s country status is “sporadic cases”.

The seven-day average of the real time reproduction number is less than 1.
