Kudos for Eugene

Dear Sir,

We would like to express our sincere thanks and our appreciation to one of your dedicated employees who works very sophisticatedly and proud. We have never been to Bermuda, but we left feeling that we will definitely be coming over there again. We did travel as a group, to the Fairmont Southampton Princess. On our arrival (not one bit familiar) with your beautiful, clean Bermuda, we were then greeted by the very professional bellman, Front Desk employees, etc., etc.

Once everyone in the group had checked in, then we were politely spoken to by a young man who introduced himself as our group manager. He was a Mr. Eugene Ball Jr., also well mannered and very attractive. We would like for Mr. Ball to know how special he helped make our stay. He never left our side. Please ‘Eugene’ keep up your excellent responsibilities. You all are great ambassadors.
