Bermuda Athletic Association is holding a pre-season football tournament as a first step to recognising former members who contributed so much to the club and to sport in Bermuda.

The Goose Gosling tournament will be played today and tomorrow at BAA with games at 6.30 p.m. and 8.30 p.m.

Spokesman Jon Beard said: "Goose was responsible for youth football developing at BAA and on the Island. He made a terrific contribution to sport throughout Bermuda."

BAA will play Robin Hood in the opener, with Tuff Dogs meeting MR Onions later. Tomorrow will see the third place play-off at 6.30 p.m. and the final at 8.30 p.m.
