Travis Smith took three wickets for 19 off 7.4 overs and Eugene Foggo took two for 124 off nine overs as St. George?s beat Cleveland by three wickets at Wellington Oval.

The bowling attack exposed Cleveland?s fragile batting early on as the visitors lost their first four wickets for just 14 runs.

Jeffrey Tyrrell and veteran Jeff Richardson, batting at number six and seven respectively, added some stability with knocks of 19 and 23 but with no other batsmen reaching double figures, the end was soon to come.

St. George?s had their batting woes too on the strip, losing their first four wickets for 29 runs.

Travis Smith top scored with 22 while Herbie Bascome was not out on 17, Allan Douglas Jr. got 12 and Ryan Steede, 11.

Shaika Darrell took two for 21 off six overs and Dennis Musson claimed two for 23 off six overs.
