Cycling showpiece
The Island?s cycling showpiece ? the CD&P Bermuda Grand Prix ? is set to return in bigger and better fashion.
More than 130 professional riders will battle with local and foreign amateurs in the four-day series which unfolds on the streets of Hamilton, St. David?s, St. George and Dockyard from September 23-26.
Making a return after Hurricane Fabian forced the cancellation of the 2003 edition, the pedalling spectacle starts with the Hamilton Criterium next Thursday evening before the St. George Super Sprint on Friday.
Next Saturday, the action moves to Southside in St. David?s for a morning road race before the Grand Prix wraps up in Dockyard on the following day with another criterium and pee wee races.
