Darts team place seventh at Caribbean champs
A Bermuda darts team placed seventh overall and reached the quarter-finals of four knockout events when they took part in the 16th Caribbean Darts Championships in Barbados recently.
Bermuda sent a team of eight men and five women to the tournament which attracted 10 countries competing in team and individual events.
The team event was won by Trinidad and Tobago with the Bahamas taking overall honours.
The next international darts tournament will be the World Cup in Holland in late September next year while the next Caribbean Championships will be held in Trinidad in early August, 2008, with Bermuda expected to be represented at both.
