Another junior summer golf tour, allowing youngsters to play the best of Bermuda?s courses, is about to be launched thanks to the continuing success of the Ross (Blackie) Talbot Charity Classic.

Again organised by veteran pro Eardley Jones, the tour ? now in its third year ? will run for 12 weeks from June 15 to September 3 at Mid Ocean Club, Tucker?s Point, Riddell?s Bay and Belmont Hills, financed by proceeds from the Classic.

Last year saw many of the Island?s top junior players take part with the top four on points rewarded with a trip to Atlanta, Georgia for the Teens on the Green international junior championships.

A similar trip is planned after this year?s tour.
