Bermuda's Laura Robinson is making a name for herself on the women's golf team at Wofford College in South Carolina.
Robinson, a former winner of the Bermuda Ladies Amateur Strokeplay Championship, recently led the way as the college's Lady Terriers placed tenth out of 24 teams in the Wachovia-Great Smokies Women's Intercollegiate tournament.
The 20-year-old Riddell's Bay member shot rounds of 78 and and even par 72 at the Waynesville Country Club in Waynesville, North Carolina, placing eighth in the individual standings in a field of 126.
Lauren Stephenson was next best on the Wofford team with rounds of 83 and 72 for 30th place overall.
The 36-hole tournament was won by Western Carolina.
