Swallows hit for six

Swallows went down 6-0 to Mendoza of Argentina in their second game of the Pan American Hockey Championships in Barbados.

Coupled with an opening draw with St. Andrews of Jamaica it means the Bermudian girls are fourth in their league behind the Argentines, Villa Biarritz of Uruguay and Notre Dame of Trinidad and Tobago.

The men's representatives, Chameleons, were due to play Combermere of Barbados yesterday. They lost their opener against Georgetown of Guyana 7-0.
