Grand Prix B was also close at the front with Leroy Trott and Alex Dowling pushing hard. Trott took two of the three heats and triumphed overall. Dowling rode safely to second ahead of Canadian Patrick Groening.

Mark Lightbourn, the season's runaway leader, swapped machines for the day to ride a Piaggio Zip. He couldn't live with John Cook, also on a Zip, but mechanical problems ruled Cook out of Heat Two and as a result he gifted Lightbourn the spoils.
In the mini bikes, Vince Belboda was too strong for Shannon Caisey aboard his English-built GMC cycle and Jonathan Tumbridge came in third.
Glen Mello finally managed to keep it all together and won the Stock/Modified Class. In Grand Prix A, Shannon Caisey again proved he has his Yamaha set up superbly, outpowering the field and sweeping the day.
