Captained by Valentine Tournament champion, Naz Jetha, the Simbas notched up a final score of 58 points.

In Division A, the Great Length team, captained by Julie Greaves, are currently ahead with 46 points and one match to play. Following in hot pursuit are Lily Khaw's team, the Strokers, with 42 points and two matches in hand.

Strokers, however, beat Great Length in a previous encounter.

The Untouchables and Team Island Construction head Division D with 45 points apiece. John Kelly's Untouchables have two games in hand whereas Tim Viney's TIC team have only one.

Deciding matches take place on Sunday from 2.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. at the Devonshire Courts. On Sunday, May 11, the semi-finals begin at 10.40 a.m.

JUNIOR GOLF GLF Chaka DeSilva fired 69 to take Group Five honours as Bermuda Junior Golf Association action moved to St.George's last weekend. DeSilva edged Andrew Trott on retrogression with RJ Pachai one shot back on 70.

In Group Four, Mark Robinson led the way with 73, one ahead of Oliver Pitcher with Ryan Mello third on 75.

Kwame Caisey topped Group Three with 74, seven better than Andrew Boyce and and Ted Terceira who both carded 81.

Group Two played over 12 holes saw Zachary Simmons take first place on 45, three better than Tim Burland. Jonathan Hayes was third on 50.

In Group One, Steven McGuinness took top spot with 50, beating Barry Houghton on retrogression. Alex Bartlett placed third, two shots back.

Among the novices at Belmont, Shane Kelly shot 27 over six holes. Laura Robinson (28) took second on retrogression ahead of Tyler Marshall.
