Colts look to continue title march
That's a scary thought for the rest of the First Division.
Tonight, the youthful Colts attempt to move another step closer to their first league crown since 1973 when they host St. David's in the feature match at BAA Field.
A win over the relegation-bound Islanders will move them six points ahead of second-placed Vasco with just three matches left.
Vasco, who pulled closer with Tuesday's 2-1 victory over Dandy Town, have a game in hand, which they will use up when they meet Southampton Rangers at PHC Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
But it would appear only a hurricane can stop Colts, who, with an average age of just 23, figure to be a First Divison power for the next few years. St.
David's are in second-last place with a 3-2-9 record -- just ahead of winless St. Georges's, who Colts play in two weeks.
PHC Teasers play Robin Hood in tonight's 7 p.m. women's league curtain-raiser.
