Stephen Troake finished second in the boys 13 and 14 100 metres backstroke while Trevor Ferguson grabbed silver in the boys 15 and over 50 metres freestyle.

Darryl Steynor completed the silver hat-trick when he finished second in the boys 10 and under 50 metres freestyle.

Also, the boys 13-14 freestyle relay team of Paul Fox, Chris White, Michael Pantry and Troake captured a bronze medal.

Fox and Troake each qualified for the Caribbean and Central American Age Group Championships in Mexico this summer in the 50 metres freestyle category.

Bermuda -- the only overseas team competing at the Canadian event -- were in the running for more medals late last night.
