Road race series continues

The Minute Maid 5K is aimed at raising funds for youth development projects and is being organised by the Bermuda Union of Teachers.

Runners will head from Serpentine Road right onto Pitts Bay Road, up Cox's Hill towards Spanish Point before turning around about 150 yards beyond the North Shore junction. They will then turn left onto North Shore, right onto Berkeley Road, left onto St. John's Road before heading back to the finish line on Woodlands Road.

Deadline for entries is Friday, February 3 and forms can be returned to the Sportseller, The New Winners Edge or the Pro Shop. Race numbers should be collected at the Sportseller between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 4.

Up for grabs will be a draw prize of a Yahama V50 or V80 scooter.

There will also be prizes awarded for the first three places in the various categories, from under-12 boys and girls to senior masters.
