They had hard-working Keith Jennings sent off for violent conduct by referee Richard Knight after 50 minutes but still pinned down St. David's for long spells.
Lionel Cann came close to clinching it 10 minutes from the end but his fierce header from close range scraped off the bar.
Port Royal took a 1-0 lead through David Gibbs after 32 minutes only to see Cann snatch the equaliser after 52 minutes.
YMSC 2 Hamilton Parish 0 Social Club snatched two points from their last place opponents after scoring in each half.
