Wozniak, alongwith single-handed sailors Lucy Wozniak and Will Evans, earned
year in Newport, Rhode Island following recent trials.
Competition was held on Tuesday and Wednesday in the Great Sound and Granaway Deep respectively and it was Crane and Watlington emerging at the head of the female fleet among the Laser II class for the second straight year.
Close action among the male Laser II class saw Alex Smith and Cort Crane take three of the first four races, but Simons and Wozniak came back to take the final three and claimed the berth.
Wozniak eased into first, seizing all four races in the Laser class, while Evans cruised through in similar fashion.
The Youth Worlds are scheduled for July 8-18.
TENNIS TEN The Bermuda Lawn Tennis Association's annual Mixed Doubles Open competition will take place on Boxing Day at Belmont and Sonesta Beach, starting at 9a.m.
