Young Guns, Twisters in key clash
Premier Division of the Bermuda Basketball Association have already solidified their play-off positions, leaving the remainder to scramble for better match-ups.
Unbeaten Twisters (9-0) secured their second straight regular season title and will likely face cellar-dwellers Bank of Bermuda (1-8) in the first round using the reverse order system.
Twisters finish their season with a game against second-placed Young Guns in a possible preview of the final. The former defeated Guns in overtime when the pair previously met so this weekend's fixture promises equal excitement.
Third and fourth placed teams Fenton's Drive and Gatorade Roughnecks have already completed their matches and await the start of the play-offs.
Still up for grabs is the Adult Recreation Division which has True Value Panthers leading by percentage points over second-placed Cafe Acoreana, who have played two games more.
The pair meet on Monday in a match that could go a long way toward deciding the regular season champion.
