Steve Bean, top ranked doubles player on the Island, will team up with Billy Way in doubles competition.
Bermuda begins the historic day with two singles matches in the morning followed by a doubles match later in the day.
Eastern Caribbean team is comprised of Gavaska Williams, Vernon Lewis, John Maginley and Henri Sinson.
Tomorrow will be Bermuda's only rest day in the competition followed by matches against Puerto Rico on Friday, Costa Rica on Saturday and Dominican Republic on Sunday.
