Bermuda rugby team embark on Euro tour
three matches, including a full international against Luxembourg.
Alvin Harvey of Teachers will captain the squad.
Bermuda will also play games against Alsace-Lorraine, a strong French Under-26 Select team, in Metz, and a Geneva Select XV in Geneva, Switzerland.
The first match is against Alsace-Lorraine on Sunday, followed by Luxembourg (May 16) and Geneva (May 19).
The tour promises to be demanding and national coach Keiron Peacock, unable to go on the trip, has been supervising training. The final session took place at Whitney Institute on Tuesday night.
The European teams are known for both their flair and often over-physical approach but several of the Bermuda team members have played there previously.
