Footballer refuses test, dropped from Under-23s

Games in Argentina on Saturday, has been hit by more controversy following the refusal by one of its star players to submit to a random drugs test.
Mr. Raynel Lightbourne, who scored the winning goal in the qualifying tie against Jamaica which earned Bermuda a spot in the Pan-Am finals, refused the drugs test last Saturday and has now been axed from the squad.
In another surprise development, Shadow Minister of Health and Social Services Nelson Bascome, who was to head the soccer delegation travelling to Argentina, has reportedly been replaced.
