next year's International Senior Games which will be hosted by Bermuda for the first time.

The Games, aimed at athletes aged 50 or over, will feature about 20 sports spread over more than a dozen venues, from April 13 to April 27.

Former New York Knicks player Cazzie Russell will be in Bermuda this Thursday to give details of the "Dream Team'' at a press conference at Marriott's Castle Harbour.

The team is expected to be coached by two members of the Basketball Hall of Fame -- former Boston Celtics' great Bob Cousy and longtime college and professional coach Jack Ramsay.

Members of the team already confirmed are Paul Silas, Guy Rogers, Bailey Howell, Bob Love, Cliff Hagan, Bob Ferry, Barry Clemens and Connie Hawkins.

The Games are being organised by the Bermuda Department of Tourism in conjunction with Institute for International Sport at the University of Rhode Island and Robustelli Sports Marketing of Connecticut.
