In Group four, Zachary Simmons led the way with a 78 and was followed by Nick Dunkle on 80 who edged out Sean Dunkley on retrogression.

Doug Markey carded an 82, the best score amongst the Group three players. he was followed by Michael Elton's 86 which edged out Steven Roy on retrogression.

In Group one, played over nine holes, Jamie MacMillan finished on 45 and was followed by Aaron Chase on 48 and Derek Anderson on 52.

The novices played five holes at Riddell's Bay where Tariqah Walikraam shot a 26, Mark Phillips a 27 and Blair Marshall a 30 which placed him third on retrogression.
