Devon Bean qualified in the boys 17-18 200 metres while Donte Hunt reached the qualifying mark in the 15-16 boys 100 metres. The remaining seven were Nadir Wade (9-10 boys 100 metres), Janine Scott (9-10 girls 200 metres), Jarita Dill (13-14 girls 200 and 400 metres), Gina Cann (11-12 200 metres and long jump), Marrisa Wainwright (13-14 girls 400 metres), Duke Swan (11-12 boys long jump and high jump) and Dennis Musson (11-12 boys long jump and high jump).

Eight others had already reached qualifying standards. They are: Rohaan Simons (high jump, 1500 metres), Damon Ming (1500 metres), Monique Hunt (100, 200 metres), Nasir Wade (800 metres), Stephen Woodley (high jump, long jump), Erika Russell (high jump), Jelani Scott (high jump) and Khano Smith (800 metres).

DARTS DRT Elizabeth Simons showed it was time for the younger generation to shine as she overpowered her mother Brenda Hutton 2-1 over the weekend to become the new champion of the Ladies Invitational Dart League.

The pair then teamed up in the doubles final to defeat the duo of Judy Semos and Jean Clark.

In mixed doubles action, Marilyn Lewis and Charlie Roberts triumphed 2-0 over Janet Burrows and Derek Dillas.

Meanwhile, BAA were crowned new TKO champions on the strength of a 3-1 triumph over EEMYC. Hutton, Simons and E.Caton all recorded wins for BAA while K.Roberts was the lone success for EEMYC.

SAILING SLG All Bermuda fitted dinghy skippers are asked to attend the presentation ceremony following Sunday morning's Heritage Trophy race.
