omission from the FA Cup this season.

The First Division club were left out of the recent draw for "not fulfilling administrative obligations'', which was a tactful way of saying they had not paid their registration fees.

But in a letter to the Editor, the Paget executives moved to clarify their position, stating that in previous years they had been allowed to pay their registration fees throughout the season.

"The question arises as to why this fee was now needed up front?'' the club asked.

"In addition, the BFA stated that they would be footing the bill for club registration fees out of a grant from FIFA. This left not only us, but several other clubs, under the impression that the fees were paid.'' Paget were informed on the day of the first round draw that they would not be included, with an outstanding bill of $990 the reason.

"We also discovered that other clubs who had found themselves in debt were allowed to pay their balance just prior to the draw,'' Paget claimed in the letter.

"Why was that invitation not extended to PCFC? We see the situation as some sort of witch hunt that goes against the spirit of the association as well as the goodwill gesture FIFA gave to the BFA to help clubs with their basic needs.

"The BFA have extended monetary help to at least two other clubs this season.

Why not help the PCFC?'' See full letter on page 45.

Night games this weekend have been rescheduled by the BFA. Friday's Premier Division match between Vasco and Devonshire Colts has been put back to Tuesday night at BAA Field at 8 p.m.

Also rescheduled from Friday is the Women's League match between PHC and Royals which will now take place on Sunday at Somerset at 1.p.m.

Saturday's league encounter between Dandy Town and Southampton Rangers will now be held on Sunday at St. John's field at 3.p.m. The BFA are still not happy with the quality of the lights at St. John's field.

This is the second time this season that a night match at that ground has been switched to a day match.

Meanwhile, the FA Cup first round match on November 14 between Social Club and Ireland Rangers, which was originally scheduled for Bernard Park, will now be a home match for Rangers at Malabar field.
