Pearman saved his best for last, firing a four-under-par 68 in the final round of the tournament at the par-72 St. Andrews course, having earlier posted scores of 74-72-70.

His four-under-par total of 284 was eight behind the eventual winner, but the $150,000 tournament attracted a number of Nike Tour pros as well as leading European Tour pro, Stephen Ames of Trinidad, who finished a shot behind Pearman.
