The three-day Osprey Valley Junior Open ended with Robinson extending her six-shot lead over Veronica Lopez of Canada to nine strokes after the Bermudian carded an 81 on the last day to go with earlier round of 79 and 81.

Robinson, who turns 16 on Friday, was competing amongst 10 girls, many of whom have been playing tournaments throughout Ontario on a regular basis this summer and were more familiar with the conditions.

The third place finisher amongst the girls was 15 strokes behind Robinson.

Chris Smith had a strong finish in the boys 16-18 age group, shooting a 77 to finish with a three round score of 232 which was good enough for him to finish joint fifth. Smith, 16, was 15 strokes behind the winning score of 232.

Smith was eighth in the field of 40 going into yesterday's round.
