DeCosta added five more victories to his total on Sunday, two with Jennifer Time and another in the feature race while driving Eddie Roque's Tuxedo Bowtie.

Arthur Hurst had a successful afternoon with two winners. He won the first race of the day with Tux's Pride N' Joy, her first ever victory. Hurst also won with his new two-year-old, Good Hands Charlie, who now moves up to the next time bar.

Charlie covered the half-mile in 1:13.3, just ahead of Penny's Rocky Road who also moves up. Zino Cooper had two wins, including one in the feature race in the second half of the programme with Custom Eyes'd.

Judy Knights won the seventh race with Speedway Jr in 1:13 while Tina's Princess (Derek Seymour) was second to Tuxedo's Bowtie in race nine. Race 16 was won by Francis DeSilva's Runt's Rocket in a blistering 1:07.4 with Michael DeCosta's Tell Me About It second in 1:09.4.

Speedway Jr, Tina's Princess, Tuxedo's Bowtie, Runt's Rocket and Tell Me About It all have one leg out of their time bars. The fastest race of the day was the last when Grand Shady, driven by Nick DeCosta, covered the half-mile track in 1:06.2.
