Somerset's first win came against St. David's where they dismissed the islanders for 12 runs and replied with 13 for the loss of one wicket.

Dellwood mustered 20 runs in their attempt to derail the west-enders, but were cast aside as Somerst passed that score, losing one wicket.

Their third and final match pitted West Pembroke and Somerset and the pair did not disappoint as the former scorched to 45, but toiled in agony as their opponents surged to 46, with both batsmen unbeaten.

BASKETBALL BB There will be a meeting of all men's and women's teams interested in joining the Bermuda Basketball Association's Summer League on Tuesday, June 17.

The meeting will take place at 7 p.m. at the Department of Youth, Sport and Recreation boardroom.
