St. George's v

North Village

St. George's face a test of their top flight pedigree when title hopefuls North Village come to town.

Claiming points early in the season is vital for any team new to the top division, but Colts have surprised many with their tireless work ethic and commitment to the cause.

They will need all of this when they play Village who are a Jekyll and Hyde side at the moment and will need to be ready for this match.

With both sides having attacking options at their disposal, the question will be who will defend better.

Prediction: 2-2

St. David's v

Devonshire Cougars

St. David's haven't had the best start to life in the Premier Division but may be playing Cougars at the right time, given the form of the side.

Looking at their latest results, the East Enders will have to raise their game if they are to to repeat what neighbours St. George's did at the Den last weekend.

For Cougars, the panic button shouldn't be pressed just yet, but another bad result in the league will see their chances of being legitimate contenders fall to the wayside before Thanksgiving.

Home form will be crucial, so the edge goes to Cougars in this one but it won't be a walk in the park.

Prediction: Cougars 2-0

Dandy Town v

Devonshire Colts

The champions are looking every bit the name, having taken seven out of a possible nine points and look to be on course for another title.

While the season is young, a match like this can go a long way to shaping how either of these teams fare heading into the meat of the schedule.

For Colts, anything on the road will be an added bonus so to go to St. John's won't be an easy task.

They do have a better goalscoring record than in past years, and although it is early, if Town don't bring their full focus an upset could be on the cards.

Prediction: Town 3-1

Boulevard v

Southampton Rangers

Boulevard should take advantage of a Rangers side which have seemed incapable of getting a result so far this season.

With their good early season form that sees the side sitting on five points, Blazers could come away with another road win if they can play to their strengths.

Rangers need to start getting points and quickly if they are to start their move away from relegation.

Losing so many influential players during the off season may be an excuse but the current crop must now stand up and be accounted for before it is too late.

Prediction: Blazers 2-1
