Kiera Aitken swam her third fastest ever time in the 100 metres backstroke - but it was not quick enough to land a medal for Bermuda.
The Female Athlete of the Year narrowly missed out on a podium place, finishing fourth last night in the CAC Games in Puerto Rico.
Roy Allan Burch also performed well in the 50m freestyle with a seventh place finish.
Nick Thomson and Allan Burch are scheduled for action today in the 50m butterfly, while tomorrow will see Julian Fletcher (100m breastroke), Lisa Blackburn (50m breastroke), and Aitken and Rebecca Sharpe (200m backstroke) compete on the final day of the competition.
See tomorrow's Royal Gazette for full coverage.
