An unbeaten first-wicket stand by former St. David's team-mates Lionel Cann and Chris Foggo guided the Parfitt XI to a convincing ten wicket win over the Symonds XI in the Twenty20 League on Sunday at the National Sports Centre.
Cann (70 not out) and Foggo (43 not out) put their side in a commanding position, with none of the Symonds bowlers able to make any sort of breakthrough.
The Symonds XI posted 125 for seven with Delyone Borden, hitting an ubeaten 48, and Dennis Musson jr., 31 not out, scoring the bulk of the run

Shannon Rayner blasted an unbeaten 84 to lead the Simmons XI to an eight-wicket win.
Batting first, the Hunt XI were spearheaded by OJ Pitcher, who cracked an unbeaten 53.
Burton Outerbridge claimed two wickets.
In reply, Rayner led the way with Fiqre Crockwell chipping in with 37.

Symonds XI strolled to a comfortable 37-run win.
Batting first, the Symonds side were led by Irving Romaine (47 no) and Sammy Robinson (31) as they put on 134 for four in their allotted overs.
Joshua Gilbert took two wickets.
Only Kevon Fubler (24) put up any resistance as Simmons crumbled for 97.
