Darrell and Degrilla keeping ahead of pack

Shae Darrell and Bruce Degrilla jr. finished the last Bermuda Motorcycling Racing Club (BMRC) race day undefeated to increase the distance between themselves and the chasing pack in the GP70 and GP 125 classes.

Jordan Fletcher also claimed two wins last weekend to keep pace at the top in the Scooters class, while Ed Cook won his four races in two different classes, 600 Superbike and Formula.

In the Scooters, Fletcher secured back-to-back first place finishes with points leader, Kenneth Desilva, right on his back fender in both races.

In the Mini Bike Open division, Place was denied back-to-back first place finishes by team-mate, and cousin, Coleridge Fubler.

Place had taken first place finishes in every race since the season opener.

Place won the first before finishing second in the second race.

Racing in the GP80 division, leader Showers had his unbeaten run ended by Ed Cook in both races, with Cook snatching both wins to remain third in the standings.

In the 600 Superbike class, battling for top honours were cousins Whitter and Keanu Wilson.

In the end, however, it was Wilson who proved to be too much for his older cousin, winning both races with Whitter twice finishing second.

In the Formula class, Ed Cook took both wins for the second consecutive week.
