Khano Smith came on as a second-half substitute to help New England Revolution beat Mexican's Santos Laguna 1-0 in the SuperLiga 2008 at the Gillette Stadium on Sunday.

Smith replaced Kenny Mansally on 58 minutes with the scores level. The Revs eventually broke the deadlock after 70 minutes through Kheli Dube.

The Revs continue Group B action in the tournament when they host reigning SuperLiga and CONCACAF Champions Cup winners, Pachuca, tomorrow.

Steve Nicol's team are competing in the competition throughout this month and will resume their MLS schedule on Saturday, August 9, when they will face the Chicago Fire at the Gillette Stadium.
