Motocross action was cancelled yesterday after gale force winds and rain put paid to any hopes of the final day of the holiday race series getting underway.

Three Canadian riders had been battling against the best local riders on the first two days of the series.

But Bermuda Motocross Association decided yesterday that the weather was too severe for riders to take to the Southside track.
