Tuff Dogs 4 Fire FC 0

League leaders Tuff Dogs continued their march towards an undefeated season courtesy of a BJ Payne double as they brushed aside Fire FC.

Lamaul Crofton opened the scoring in the first half before stepping up and missing a penalty.

With the score remaining 1-0 going into he second half, Payne fired Dogs further ahead as he blazed one of best the goals of the season.

Robbie Almeida cut a ball back to Payne who unleashed a missile into the top left corner that caught the underside of the cross bar.

Robert Marquez converted from the spot after a handball in the box to put Vasco on the way to three points.

Payne then rounded out the scoring from outside the box. This time he chose to place the ball in the low left corner.

Vasco 4 BAA 2

Vasco rebounded from last week's loss to West End United with this win over BAA.

BAA, perhaps not the most technically gifted team in the league, battled and challenged for every loose ball and bossed the opening 30 minutes of the match, keeping the ball in the Vasco half although there were few clear-cut chances.

A moment of magic from Vasco's Rui Furtado broke the deadlock.

From some 20 yards out and with his back to goal, Furtado unleashed a dipping shot that the keeper didn't expect and couldn't adjust in time.

A defensive mistake by Vasco allowed BAA back in to make it 1-1 at the half.

Shortly after the break, some timely substitutes strengthened Vasco as they began to take control.

Further goals from Rich Holden, who grabbed a brace, and another from Furdao decided the game.

BAA pulled a goal back late on after a good run from Martin Jones.

Two goals from Muzza Pfungwa guided Pot to this comfortable win over Prison Officers.

Kevin Warner got the scoring underway for the winners who doubled their lead through Marek Noha.

Mugulus Johnson also got his name on the scoresheet before Pfungwa grabbed the last two to complete the rout.

St. David's 3 West End Utd 5

West End continued their climb up the charts with a hard fought 5-3 victory over the East Enders.

Eugene Simmons snatched a brace while France DeSilva and Davide Almeida both grabbed goals. An own goal completed their scoring.
